Knowledge is Power

My goal is not to recreate anything that already exists, but to be a means in getting the information into your hands and allowing you to make informative decisions regarding your health and well-being. My hope is that the information below can help you on your road to obtaining optimal health and happiness in your life. It’s been said that “True doctrine, understood, changes attitudes and behavior” (Boyd K. Packer). Please see my recommended articles, websites, videos, documentaries, and books, then apply my three step principles below.

1) Learn it: Knowledge is power. We must start by educating ourselves on the “What” and the “Why”. So often we hear that we should do this or that. I believe if we understand the reason, science, or literature to back it up; then our “Why” will be strong enough to figure out the “How” of implementing it into our lives which is step two.

2) Do it: All the education in the world cannot change us until we act on that knowledge. We must put it to the test and experiment in our own lives before ever becoming anything or achieving anything.

3) Believe it: Once we have experimented upon the education we received and implemented it into our own lives, we can come to know for ourselves. This belief will give us the power enabling us to transform our lives and reach our greatest potential.
